Dear Mr. Fitzgerald,

I am associated with former U.S. CIA operative Michael James Riconosciuto,
currently a 14 year Federal Prison inmate(21309-086) and former 28 year career
veteran of the FBI, Ted L. Gunderson, a man whom held the highest management
level's of just about anyone in that organization. President Gerald Ford consider's
Mr. Gunderson top-notch in every aspect of his postings including counter- intel
and counter-espionage and I agree!

I am the second investigator on record with state of Calif. id# P.I. 15544,
my background consists of three years in the U.S. ARMY as senior military police
holding a secret clearance in West Germany for access to nuclear missiles where I
was stationed outside of CONUS for my last year and a half service(1976- 1977).
I also have an AA degree from Santa Monica College in police science/ crim-
inal justice with University courses in that field at Cal-State LA for six and a-half
years. I'm more than qualified to state that police corruption is rampant and rogue
CIA entities are operational at all levels of the U.S. government!

I was present in 1991, when U.S. Congressional Investigator's received in-
controvertible evidence of Mr. Riconosciuto's U.S. intel background and then
stayed silent when a Federal criminal trial was commenced against Mr. Ricono-
sciuto in the state of Washington where Mr. Riconosciuto was convicted on DEA
testimony and possible perjury in January 1992!

As you probably are aware, Mr. Riconosciuto fell under President Reagan's
Executive Order #12333, making his case possibly, the worst in-justice imaginable,
and tops what happened to Valerie Plame to the nth degree! There's at least,
fifty or better suicided/ murders surrounding Mr. Riconosciuto's friend's and assoc-
iates, including the late Danny Casolaro who was investigating Riconosciuto's case
and ended up dead in West Virginia!

The most egregious cover-up that I can think of however, is Mr. Riconosciuto's
direct association with a blackops counter-terrorism team aboard Pan Am 103 in
December 1988, on that flight was CIA Station Chief Matthew Kevin Gannon(Beirut)
2 US ARMY Intel Major Dennis"Tiny" McKee- CIA attached. There were other's,
to be sure and Mr. Riconosciuto can tell you the rest! The plane was blown out of
the sky over Lockerbie, Scotland by an Arab terrorist group, in case you don't re-
call the incident?

What I'm leading up too Mr. Fitzgerald that cover-ups are major not minor and
the police are willing to lie, cheat and steal to gain a conviction in a court of law! Files
inside the House Judiciary on Mr. Riconosciuto have sneakily disappeared, or they
have classified for fifty years as one person told me, even though they are the one's
I met with here in California with other witnesses I might add!?

Mr. Gunderson is Mr. Riconosciuto's lead defense investigator and I'm doing
FOIA'S to obtain whatever documentation we can, to assist in his defense, so far,
we have Appeals pending with U.S. government agencies such as, the DOJ/FBI,
CIA and DIA and one request with the Canadian government! This process is
taking years not month's to get thru the stonewalling that I'm experiencing!

You certainly have the power and the authority to expand your investigations
into the above matter's I believe? The documentation does exist to show every-
thing to be true as stated but this government is not to be trusted, as it's not
operating in an ethical manner anymore, I think I speak for everyone concerned
we're scared of it and 9-11 and it's aftermath deeply effect's all of us! Mr. Ricono-
sciuto received warnings and intel on planned terrorist strikes six month's prior to
9-11 and warned the FBI they didn't take it seriously!? We have a complete re-
port prepared on this and Mr. Gunderson will be more than willing to turn it over
to you.

In closing , you may be the country's last hope in uncovering the nightmarish,
evil that masquerade's as wolves in sheep's clothing, with hidden satanic agendas
that the Holy Bible warns us about, you have our deepest respect!
